So we left Talmacel around 3:00 pm to drive to Bucharest for the game. Glad had warned me about the "highway" and the driving and it did not disappoint. Very narrow single lane roads with tons of 18 wheelers flying around turns. It was very scenic which was good because it kept me from looking at the massive trucks flying right by us. The game was entertaining and Romania won 4-0. There were 10,182 people in attendance and at halftime I believe about 8,000 of them went outside to smoke. Seems like more people smoke than don't in this country. We got back to our village around 3:30 am and I awoke to find that my luggage had finally been delivered. I don't know who is happier me or Glad now that I don't have to keep borrowing his clothes.
