Not sure who did the voting but the Zizkov TV Tower was voted 2nd ugliest in 2009. The tower is 216 meters (709 feet) high and we went up to the observation deck which was 93 meters high for a great view of Prague. Their are 11 baby statues that can be seen crawling up and down the tower. They were made by David Cerny, that's the same guy that did the Streams sculpture in the earlier post.
