This is the view from the Cafe we are sitting at having a coffee and a mineral water. It's beautiful outside and we are just people watching and enjoying the weather, with a great view of the clock tower. Just got a haircut for $10 at a salon with a shampoo and everything. Romania is definitely the place to vacation if you won't to get the best bang for your buck.
