Met Stefan again for my last meal. We ate at a restaurant called the Laundromat, sitting next to a couple from Seattle, and Public Enemy playing in the background. An eclectic end to an eclectic city. My meal was vegan toast which was comprised of brown toast with hummus and tomatoes and eggplant with a beet-root chutney and cashews on top. Totally unique and delicious.
